By profession, Natima is a recognized "Career Matchmaker" and DEIB Champion, but her heart belongs to the transformative power of the written word. In 2017, she founded Transparent Gem Ink, a boutique consultancy dedicated to the professional development and empowerment of aspiring authors. Serving as a literary midwife, she has built an expansive portfolio of nearly 50 published voices, guiding each one from raw truth to published success and turning personal testimony into professional impact.
Affectionately known as "Queen Pen," Natima is a prolific literary force who has authored, co-authored, and compiled an expansive catalog of anthologies, journals, and memoirs that anchor a lasting legacy and consistently reach Amazon’s Best Sellers list. Through her women’s literary collective, The WriteHers Room, and her GEM Class Workshops, she leads a sisterhood rooted in transparency and narrative healing.
Natima’s impact as a community builder and mentor has earned her prestigious honors, including the ACHI “Author of the Year” Award, the 2025 Give Thanks Inc & Emerge Woman Empowerment Award, and the March 2026 “Becoming Her Trailblazer Award.”
Beyond the page, Natima is currently preparing to open the Diamond Loft Literary Cafe & Event Venue in Atlanta (Spring 2027), a vibrant sanctuary for authors, readers, and the community to connect through the healing power of story.
